As fifty percent of the total energy cost in developed countries is directly linked to building and construction, we believe that we cannot further ignore the possible consequences. The urban, economic and environmental issues we are facing today have to be tackled. The existing typologies and infrastructure form a broad and very usable basis and can be processed and upgraded into better functioning buildings and systems that have a minimal impact on the environment.
We are especially sensitive to environmental issues. We feel that we have to take our share in carrying a common responsibility. That’s why in all stages of design, we have incorporated sustainable decisions and increasingly continue to do so. We are firmly convinced that providing quality goes hand in hand with respecting natural recourses and social needs.
